Jimmy and I (Joanna) met in 2017 during a WHV in Brisbane (Australia).

We share the same passion for catering as well as for travel. The quality of products and service are our strong values. After several professional experiences that we shared, we also wanted to start opening a restaurant. Crêperie Cape Café in Maho Beach, Sint Maarten, offers a new start to the rhythm of Galettes. A new adventure begins under the sun of St Martin in the Antilles.
 

The little extra:

Jimmy, son of a pancake maker (crêpier), reproduces the family recipe that he has always known as far as his first tooth grows. His parents, crêperie owners in the south of Brittany, passed on to him the know-how as well as the ingredients necessary for the elaboration of superb galette dough.

The Caribbean can now discover galettes and sweet crêpes with buckwheat flour from Brittany, as well as its cider.
